- Validation of Developments: Expert opinion regarding technical parameters of patent applications and projects.
- Technology Transfer: Assisting the commercialization of scientific achievements.
Ethics and Export Control Committee
A specialized supervisory and ethics body ensuring compliance with ethical norms and international regimes (Art. 30 of the Statute).
- Export Control: Strict adherence to the Export Control Act and Regulation (EU) 2021/821.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Guaranteeing confidentiality and compliance with security standards (NDA).
- Conflict of Interest: Prevention and management of potential or actual conflicts of interest.
